For more than 20 years, I have worked at the intersection of people, purpose, and possibility — helping individuals, leaders, and organizations navigate pivotal moments with greater clarity, intention, and support.

As the founder of The Pivotal Impact Collective, I have created a collective of purpose-driven ventures built on a simple belief: meaningful growth happens when people have the space, strategy, and support to move forward with intention.

Our work comes to life in different ways. Through Pivotal Growth Consulting, we help leaders and organizations navigate change, strengthen alignment, build leadership capacity, and create healthier environments where people can contribute and flourish. Through Pivotal Journeys Travel Services, we curate intentional travel experiences that create opportunities to pause, reconnect, explore, and experience the world differently. And through our emerging community-centered work, we are creating spaces dedicated to healing, empowerment, connection, and collective well-being.

While each part of The Pivotal Impact Collective serves a different purpose, they are connected by one common thread: helping people navigate moments that could change what comes next.

Because a pivotal moment can happen anywhere — in a boardroom, during a career transition, across the world, or in the quiet decision to choose something different for yourself.

At The Pivotal Impact Collective, we partner with you to navigate those moments with intention — and thrive at every crossroad.
